The app may collect or store the following information:
- Hydration logs, drink amounts, daily goals, units, theme preference, reminder settings, voice settings, and achievement progress. This is stored locally on your device.
- Purchase status, product identifiers, transaction status, app version, package name, and limited device/app information used to process and verify donations or purchases.
- Crash, diagnostic, or service-related data that may be processed by third-party SDKs used in the app.
- If advertising is enabled in a future version, advertising identifiers and ad interaction data may be processed through Google AdMob (see "Advertising" below).
What We Do Not Collect
The app does not request location, contacts, camera, or microphone permissions, and does not record audio. We do not collect your precise location, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles about you.
How We Use Information
- To save your hydration history and app preferences.
- To calculate progress, streaks, achievements, and insights.
- To schedule hydration reminders and notification previews.
- To enable voice feedback after water logging if you turn on voice features.
- To process optional developer donations and any paid features, and to restore purchases.
- To prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
Permissions We Use
- Notifications — to send the hydration reminders you schedule.
- Exact alarms & run at startup — to deliver reminders on time and restore them after your device restarts.
- Ignore battery optimizations (optional) — only if you allow it, so reminders arrive reliably.
- Internet — used only by bundled services such as purchase verification; your hydration logs are not uploaded.
The app does not request location, contacts, camera, or microphone permissions.
Voice Feature
Voice feedback uses your device's built-in text-to-speech to read your hydration status aloud. The app does not record, store, or transmit any audio or microphone data.
Local Storage
Your hydration logs and most settings are stored locally on your device using app storage. If you uninstall the app or reset app data, this local information may be deleted.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that may collect and process information according to their own policies:
- Google Play Billing / Apple in-app purchases for donations and paid features.
- Firebase and Cloud Firestore for purchase event logging and related app service data.
- Google AdMob (advertising SDK), included in the app but not currently used to serve ads.

Advertising
Mr.H20 Water Tracker-Alarm AI currently does not display third-party ads. The app includes the Google AdMob SDK, and if advertising is enabled in a future version, AdMob may use your device advertising identifier and related data to deliver, limit, and measure ads. This policy will be updated before any ads are shown. Depending on your region and device settings, you may be able to reset or limit ad personalization in your operating system settings, and where required we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
Notifications
If reminders are enabled, the app schedules local hydration notifications based on your chosen reminder window and interval. You can disable reminders in the app settings or through your device notification settings.
Purchases
Donations and purchases are processed by the relevant app store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may store purchase-related records, such as product ID, transaction status, app version, package name, and device/app metadata, to activate paid features, restore purchases, and help with support or fraud prevention.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers such as Google, Firebase, AdMob, and app store billing providers only as needed to operate app features, purchases, analytics, security, or legal compliance.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local hydration data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Purchase and service records may be retained as needed for legitimate business purposes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and support.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights, and we do not sell personal information. International Data Transfers
Service providers such as Google and Firebase may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
Children's Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and any goals, insights, or tips it shows are general information, not medical recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice and before changing your diet or fluid intake. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, ask your doctor how much water is right for you. In an emergency, contact your doctor or your local emergency services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date and "last updated" date.
